Any evaluation, procurement, licensing, implementation, or use of ZettaHealth enterprise software platforms, client portals, APIs, or specialized commercial workflow services is governed strictly by separate, standalone written Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or commercial licensing contracts entered into directly between ZettaHealth Solutions Inc. and the authorized customer entity. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and an executed enterprise agreement, the executed enterprise agreement shall control.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Trademarks
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, photographs, trademarks, logos, audio clips, video clips, and underlying software code displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of ZettaHealth Solutions Inc. or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition laws.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered in accordance with the Commercial Dispute Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
