Accessibility Statement

ZettaHealth Solutions is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across all modern web and mobile platforms.

Our Commitment

At ZettaHealth Solutions, we believe technology should be intuitive, robust, and accessible to everyone. We continually apply relevant accessibility principles to ensure our commercial website at zettahealth.co provides an inclusive, equitable, and barrier-free digital experience for all visitors.

Technical Accessibility Target & Conformance

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Digital Accessibility — ADA Accessibility Principles / WCAG 2.2 AA Target

ZettaHealth uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its technical accessibility target to support accessible use of the website. We actively audit our digital surfaces against these technical benchmarks to promote barrier-free interaction across diverse devices and assistive technologies.

Accessibility Features Implemented

Key technical measures incorporated into our website architecture include:

  • Keyboard Operability: All navigation menus, modal dialogs, tab controls, accordions, and interactive elements can be operated using only a standard keyboard without mouse dependency.
  • Visible Focus Indicators: High-contrast focus rings (exceeding WCAG 2.2 3:1 contrast ratio and minimum 2px thickness) are provided across all actionable elements.
  • Skip Links: A "Skip to main content" link is located at the top of every page for rapid keyboard navigation past headers.
  • Semantic Hierarchy: Logical heading nesting (H1, H2, H3), semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, section, aside), and explicit list structures.
  • Contrast Standards: Primary text/background combinations exceed WCAG AAA contrast thresholds (exceeding 15:1 on core brand navy and white palettes), and all page elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for standard text and 3:1 for graphical user interface components.
  • Respect for Reduced Motion: Honors the operating system prefers-reduced-motion: reduce setting by disabling non-essential transitions and marquee scrolling.
